You spent nearly every school break in the 90s at your family’s cabin. When you weren't fishing, skiing, or raising your Tamagotchi, you and your cousins were playing Nintendo. After reading that a copy of your family's go-to Nintendo game just sold for nearly a Bitcoin, you realize the family's copy of the game should still be at the cabin. Unfortunately, your cousins realized the same thing too. Now it's a race to claim the cartridge! Will you get there first or will your efforts be as worthless as a Beanie Baby?

My favorite room at Quicksand! The puzzles in here are definitely a highlight. Solid, well themed and just the right amount of clueing. The story made sense, and the progression was great! One minor tech issue, but overall a smooth puzzle room.

So much nostalgia! Lots of unique puzzles. Did the room with two people which worked well, maybe go with up to six people.

What a nostalgic room. I have not had the chance to do all of Quicksand’s games yet but this might be my favorite one in this location. They had clever puzzles and the 90s references hit a sweet spot. Our game master also gave us pointers of where to take our group photo! Would recommend this room to tap into your inner child. While this experience is not a TERPECA winner, it wins a star in my books. Parking in this location could be quite difficult because there is no designated lot and you would have to find street parking.

Super fun nostalgia room! Puzzles had a lot of unique things and it flowed nicely. It was a tough room for 2 people but still doable! First time doing a room at quicksand but would go back for their other rooms. Game master was awesome!

Fun room with lots of clever puzzles!. The story line was nothing special, but the theme was very cute and nostalgic. Only complaints were: 1. Some parts were very word down, and there were a few instances where we got the answers but had operate multiple times to trigger the sensor; 2. The room was big with many puzzles but it was super linear, so getting stuck on even just one puzzle can significant drag the progress.

Very cool concept, but definitely a little worn down and dare I say a bit dingy. Could use a little love, but the idea was great and it was really fun! Great puzzles, would definitely recommend!

This was a fun throwback to the 90s that we really enjoyed and would strongly recommend especially for SD. We also did The Diner at Quicksand but liked this room more because it didn’t have any illogical puzzles and it had a bit more tech. We especially appreciate how many puzzles Quicksand includes in each room—you really get your money’s worth in puzzle solving! That’s why we’re giving this room a ❤️. We were a team of 2 enthusiasts, and we got out with 1:26 left on the clock. That made us so happy bc it meant the room was a bit of a challenge and filled with enough puzzles to keep us quite busy the entire 60 mins! The only cons with this room are the same we found with The Diner: A lot of physical locks requiring 4-digit codes, but it often wasn’t clear which code went with which lock, so you had to try the same code on multiple locks, which wasted time. Also, you have access to a lot of partial puzzles, so it seems like the room is non-linear but actually it is super linear bc you can’t complete most puzzles at first as additional info/pieces are locked until you solve another puzzle. For that reason, we don’t recommend more than 2-3 for enthusiasts or people will just be spinning their wheels trying to solve things they really can’t, and it doesn’t make sense for more than 2-3 people to work on the one active puzzle. Again, the staff here is great and very accommodating. Parking is hard and/or expensive in this area, so plan accordingly!

This game was fun and is great for us millennials. It has ALOT of locks and I don’t suggest less than 4 people. It was hard and there are some things I would have never picked up on without some help, but all in all a great room.

Solid room. Nothing too crazy and we got through without any hints. Pretty straight forward, as far as puzzles go, with a few thought provoking ones. We enjoyed the flow and were able to break off in a couple teams to work on different things. It's a good room to do when in the area and is family-friendly. Story was a bit silly, however, the end result was rewarding. We had a great time but just be aware that parking can be a challenge as it's in a high traffic area.

Door doesn't face the street so it may be confusing not seeing an entrance directly under the sign. But entrance is there next to the PB Pho Grill.

busy street during the weekend in PB. Had to drive around a bit before finding a spot. Give yourself some time to search for a spot.
