The room was well themed and had some fun puzzles. It was a mix of mechanical and tech. We did two rooms, this was the second, and both rooms had technical issues. Usually when something like this happens the business offers compensation of some variety, but not this one... Their clue / contact the GM system is flawed and it does not appear the GMs can hear you? That or they don't listen. One puzzle was so badly messed up we needed the GM to address it. We tried contacting them about the broken puzzle and they just flashed a clue in the screen and did not come to us. I had to go to the their door and explain the issue. They also couldn't fix the issue quickly and gave us a work around. They said they'd give us an official time, but by time we had collected our stuff they were just chatting in the office and ignored us entirely.

We hate that you had technical issues in both of our rooms. After talking with the GM, the issue in Cellar unfortunately was a first for us and she was not sure how to troubleshoot it. The "knob" that fell into the wall had never happened before (that particular room has been open since 2021) and was definitely a one off. So she had to get creative on how to bypass it as we cannot override any puzzle from the office. As far as the GM not listening, that has been addressed. Our rooms are mic'd up so there is NO reason that they shouldn't have heard you.
