Honestly, not great. I’ve done well over 100 games and this one fell flat. The first puzzle was, quite frankly, stupid. Most of the puzzles were just…nonsensical. We both left feeling unfulfilled. 0/10

Gameplay

It didn’t flow well. Puzzles were not well thought out. Only three really made sense.

Mediocre at best.

Customer service

Heard them talking about us behind closed doors in a not so nice fashion. Also, the GM kept calling us to offer hints way too often.

Don’t listen to the other negative comments about these escape rooms for here. Host are great and room puzzles do make sense! Has a nice Photo Booth opportunity aswell. Very well thought out

I don't feel the escape room flowed well, not many puzzles and an unsatisfying ending

Was not a bank heist, but stealing the crown jewels. Puzzles didi not flow well, apparently there were more puzzles that could have been added that we were not asked about

Atmosphere was mixed, was not about stealing money from a bank, but the crown jewels. Felt un thought out

Customer service

Really lovely staff, passionate and accommodating. We were running late due to a train delay and they were so flexible about it.

Meh. A pretty standard story line and predictable clues and theming. Have done many better rooms. Would not recommend.
