Extremely creative and tactile puzzles in this room, paired with a bevy of unique props. They definitely built some puzzles that only work in the physical realm. There is quite a bit to do! For 2, we were one puzzle away from winning! If we had been more willing to split up, we likely could have escaped. That said, there were a couple bits of fiddly tech that slowed us down, despite us knowing how to solve the puzzle. I loved the lore in this room, though it felt like it was abandoned as quickly as it was established. Expect to be challenged by puzzles that demand object manipulation, teamwork, abstraction, and making connections. The actor may as well have left the game after the first five minutes. While a nice touch at the start, their presence in the room didn’t add much if anything to the story or experience after the intro.
Incredibly unique props. The entrance to the game was very thematic, too. However, the carpeted floor ruined the illusion a little. This room could have been an A with atmosphere, but the carpet and some less inventive/interactive puzzles drop it down to a B or B-.
Other reviews tout how instrumental the actor/GM is to the experience. However, aside from the first 5-10 mins of the game, the actor barely interacted with us. This could have been a hugely amazing room with some extra world-building and consistent actor interaction.
