Broken torch, room not correctly reset, broken candles, broken & malfunctioning picture frames (two out of three), broken drawer knobs found on floor (turns out the drawers aren't meant to open anyway!), a puzzle solution that didn't match the clues given, and a staff member with zero charisma who you couldn't hear over the background noise. Downstairs was filthy, covered in rubbish, noisy, the staff were ill-informed and not helpful, and they only put puzza topping in the middle of the pizza and make you share 1 between 2 if you've booked an 'escape room plus pizza' deal
