Dollhouse

This room was terrible - no wonder it has shut down. There was ZERO tech in this room, which isn’t automatically a negative thing, but the locks were excessive. We asked for a hint because one of the puzzles was faded so we couldn’t see it and the GM was no help. We had to describe exactly what we were doing because their cameras weren’t working. Just terrible.

This room had a great idea. But it was 3 story gen 1 room that was all mechanical along with walkie talkies to communicate with a GM that can barely see you in cameras. So it was set up to fail. Now it was supposed to be for like 10 people and we had 5. But still I feel like it probably should have started smaller and perfected that before adding the next level. However there is a version 2, so we are interested in seeing how it has evolved.

We played this room with 5 players. The room was much bigger and had many more puzzles than we had anticipated so we definitely had a hard time with this room. Not only that, but when we asked for a hint, our GM asked us what puzzle we were on and what we had already tried.. not like other rooms where your GM is watching and knows exactly what to help you with.. wasn’t a great experience overall. I liked the idea behind it but it was not well executed.

This was one of the coolest rooms I’ve done! This escape room was three stories, so it had a ton of puzzles. Great to play with a larger group. Although we didn’t have the best game master, we were still able to stay immersed and enjoyed the overall ambiance of the room!

the room itself is huge, 3 stories and tons of stuff to keep you busy. i felt the game master was a little irked since we were the last group of the day and we needed more help since there were so many distractions in each room. don’t remember his name, but by the end of the experience his attitude turned me off toward the whole thing. i hear it’s redone room now, and he guy who game mastered for us probs not there anymore but it is what it is lol.
