We visited Torquay as a birthday treat for one of our group and as huge escape room fans, we booked both rooms at Escape Torquay. The GM’s were welcoming and introduced the game quickly so we could get started. However, the atmosphere was poor and the room design was a little bit thrown together which didn’t help. The puzzle format was not very well thought out and you simply followed the pattern then throughout. With that being said, the venue was in a great position and with the rooms being rethought and redesigned it would be amazing.
