A really well made escape room experience! Nice effects that go along with decent story telling. Make sure to pay attention to the whole experience including the intro video, it will help. Overall, had a good time with this one. The difficulty of this room lies in the amount of puzzles to do (and there’s ALOT) but the puzzles themselves are moderate difficulty I would say. Fully recommend this room if you’re around the area in Greenwich Connecticut.

after reading other reviews I was excited to attempt this room as a 2 person team. "so many puzzle and need more time" were things I had in my mind. however, I found the room to be OK. not exciting. we escaped with a few minutes to spare, and we solved everything together. there was not much need to "split up" except perhaps in the final leg of the game. This room was good, but certainly did not meet the high expectations i had

7.7/10 First, we are cannot thank the people of Trap’t enough for opening to allow us to play Time Chasers on a day that they were closed. Time Chasers: Race for the Cure is a great concept that involves time traveling! And boy, is there a lot to do in this room! There’s so much that we felt like maybe this should have been a 75-minute experience. By the ending of it, we were just rushing through it so we could not really enjoy those finals parts. We would highly recommend completing this with 4-6 experienced players. Overall, the room had a very nice flow. Without spoiling anything, we wish there could have been a smoother transition from portal to portal. The final part did seem a bit underwhelming compared to the other parts of the room. This is because those other moments in the game were that much fun. If you are in the CT area with a decent sized group, definitely check out this room!

I will reserve my full review for when we make our way back to conquer this room. But I will note - we were warned over the phone that this room is a LOT for a team of two. We'd heard that before and we were fine, so we weren't deterred... well, they weren't lying. We don't know how far we ended up getting but I do know we were not even close to completing the room. But we can't wait to come back and try again at some point - possibly with help.

I did this room back in 2018, pre covid, back when the rooms were not private. The theme and puzzles were very good, the only thing marring the experience being that my group of 4 was in the room with 5 pre teen boys that had never done an escape room before. I am glad to see the room experiences are private now because this room is quite challenging and needs a cohesive group to be able to solve the puzzles effectively.

At this point, I did the room years ago but since it remains the favorite I've ever done I wanted to come back and add context to my original ratings. This was the first really immersive experience I'd had in escape rooms. It had puzzle AND story AND a still unmatched ability to put them both together. Soooo much fun!
At the time of playing I'd never seen anything like it. I have had semi-similar experiences since but none have recreated the amazement I felt when running this room. Amazing flow, especially considering some of the story jumps involved.
I'm writing this review years later and it is this incredible atmosphere that has stuck with me. So we'll done, so immersive, so "on-story" and so effectively all over the place in the best way!!!
