A very unique escape room which took place in a canal boat in a marina! Puzzles were fun and well themed. Story was immersive.

We had an absolutely fantastic time with Marta, so great that we booked the other room. Truly unlike any escape room I’ve ever done, 10/10 recommend

8/10 To put it plainly, the escape room isn’t anything outstanding. Fairly basic actually. This room is all about the finale. You will not experience anything like it anywhere else.

The fact that this is on a boat alone makes this such an awesome experience. From there the puzzles are mostly alright, nothing too fantastic (though I really liked the end). The biggest issue we had was we got stuck for around 20 minutes because a cabinet with a glass window (which has a lot of "Do not touch" stickers around it") was open the entire time, while we assumed that you have to be able to look inside to get clues. While this is our fault in addition to what I think is some poor design choices, the fact that the game master didn't tell us it was open at all during that time irked me as a game master myself, as I would never make a group struggle in regards to something of a similar situation (especially for about a third of their time).
The GM was very nice, but as mentioned in my review the actually GM'ing capability was pretty low in my opinion.
Yes
It's on an actual boat.
The story is essentially "you're on a boat that is sinking" (which is boring in terms of story, but cool in terms of you're actually on a boat).

What an amazing escape room! Very immersive, solid puzzles that flowed easily, and a lot more rooms on the boat than we thought there would be! You do have to be a little agile and ok with tight spaces though! The final room was so much fun and one I won’t forget! Although it was a simpler room compared to other rooms we have done, it is in my top 10! I love that we were on an actual boat!! Highly recommend and would love to do their other escape boat! Plus they said they were opening another location soon- may just have to make another trip to Ireland for it!!

Super immersive, fun plot, solid puzzles. Only issue is difficulty of mobility due to it being on a boat, so make sure at least one teammate is physically fit!

9/10 After 65 rooms, this might be the most immersive game we have done so far. Completely submerging ourselves in a boat really enhances the experience. Being agile is very important as the boat is on the smaller side. The puzzles in the room were fairly linear but all went well with the story and nothing seemed out of place. The ending and final room is something we will probably never forget! We were treated great by our GM and are hoping to come back soon to try their other room with friends. If you are in Dublin, make Escape Boats your number 1 escape room destination! (You can check out our full review in our blog. Link in my profile. It doesn’t get much more immersive than actually being inside a boat!
Gamemasters were great! Got to sit down with them after the game and spoke about the game and future games coming 👀
