The themeing in this room was awful and the puzzles made no sense, with some impossible to solve without a clue. However the GM was so very welcoming, that a good atmosphere was created and it became almost so bad it was good.

Great GM, so welcoming and happy to help. Though they did walk into the room midgame to see how we were doing which in an immersive room would have been very frustrating, but for such a bad room it just seemed friendly although unusual.
