We must have hit this room after a bit of tuning, because out of all their rooms this was the most doable. I didn’t feel like there were too many puzzles, and we were able to complete it just fine.

Gameplay

Nothing too crazy. The flow was a little off for me, but still doable and fun.

Atmosphere

The atmosphere was a bit weird. Part of it were done really well, and other parts felt pretty shabby and unkept. Wasn’t my favorite.

Customer service

Our GM was wonderful.

A couple puzzles I had never seen, so that was fun.

Accessibility

Not wheelchair accessible. Colorblind may have a couple problems. Hearing impaired should be fine. The room is a little dim.

Easy to find location

Yes

It is a bit confusing where it’s located in the complex because it’s downstairs, but there are signs that show you which door to use.

The atmosphere of the room is fine. The problem is we got to a point where we just stood around for 15 minutes not being able to do anything. When the game was over we asked the employee to show us where the last piece of the puzzle was and he couldn't find it either (because apparently each employee resets it differently?). There was also a perspective puzzle that the four of us couldn't see - it was only after the game and several minutes of guiding that the employee was able to make it work for us. Kinda disappointing.

Gameplay

Stuck at multiple puzzles for extended periods of time, one by something out of our control.

Atmosphere

No complaints, but nothing that stood out.

Customer service

Watched the four of us stand around for 15 minutes without any intervention. Clues were useless.

Particularly interesting or different

No

Fahrenheit 451 is a new theme, but I'm not sure if they did anything particularly unique with it.

Story

Little to no story.

Difficulty

Hard

Puzzle's weren't "hard" there was just not a ton of sign-posting and missing pieces.

Game tech

Mechanical

A handful of mechanical elements.

Wouldn't recommend more just because of a searching element.

Not a good judge of this, but it seemed accessible mobility-wise.

The worst game I’ve played. Broken puzzles, rude employee and no AC in the middle of summer

The atmosphere of this room was good. But the story wasn’t introduced to us by our game master. If it wasn’t for reading the description online we wouldn’t have known what it was. As for game play, half of the puzzles didn’t have a super logical flow. We were wanting a clue multiple times to help when we got to a place where we couldn’t make sense out of the puzzles and I don’t know if the game master wasn’t paying attention or if they had a rule that they could only offer help at certain times (if so this was not told to us at the beginning). So, we spent a huge majority of our time trying the same things over and over again while verbally asking for clues that we didn’t receive for quite some time. The best part about the room was that it had quite a few unique puzzles and not just a bunch of locks.
