I would recommend because I had a great experience in this room. It had adequate challenge and the puzzles had variety and made sense and were fun to conquer! Some things that need improvement are the GM, the one very smudged puzzle, and small details of the theming. Overall recommend and I’m planning to reach out about the puzzle smudge so they can fix it
Gameplay
The gameplay was excellent, fantastic variety of puzzles. My complaint here was a maintenance issue that set us back. There were numbers on a puzzle that were smudged off and almost completely illegible, everything else was emaculate, the games master said they were “a little smudged” which was not the case and they should have come into the room and deciphered them and seen for themselves how bad they were. All the other puzzles were well thought out and had great variety, this portion needed upkeep.
Atmosphere
Set design was immersive, there were some details like the plastic bins that could have been better themed and thought out.
Customer service
The GM speech needed to be more succinct to get us playing sooner. He was nice and pleasant but seemed new. He was on top of clues which was greatly appreciated, he should have done more about the aforementioned smudged puzzle numbers. He was engaged in our experience
