The Red Admiral

Favourite part of this room was how many times I was legitimately surprised by what the room was doing when we solved a puzzle or what we were expected to do for a puzzle. I really enjoyed the puzzle difficulty of this room, definitely harder than pretty much any Omventure I’ve done, yet everything felt very fair (ie the difficulty didnt come from a puzzle with lots of leaps of logic). There are multiple puzzles where reading the right text or symbols is very difficult in this lower light level space or shadows being cast over text. So keep that in mind if you sometimes bring glasses or a young member of your team to rooms =P. Otherwise a fantastic experience!

Did this with my lab, and it was a great game for team-building, with a lot of puzzles that required cooperation. Although there’s a lot to do, there is a fairly clear logic behind all the puzzles which meant it didn’t feel as difficult as less well designed “hard” rooms. Only gripe is that our wallow ran out of batteries, and one of the hints we were given was actually incorrect.

Omventure is always a blast! We loved the theme and was impressed (as always) with the production value. This was the hardest game at this location and we got out with the second fastest time of the year so far. We had a team of 4 which was the perfect amount to keep everyone involved. This would have been hard for inexperienced escapers as there were many puzzles to get through.

Very cool room, the theme was great and very high tech. One part of the room was slightly broken and it cost us a bit of time. Other than that it was very fun.

This is one of the hardest rooms I've done...and successful! Shout out to my crew! We got an Elite Escapers title with 3 mins left on the clock. A lot army based elements, a lot of patience and teamwork. Not exactly one of my faves, but one of the ones I'm the most proud of because of the Hard Difficulty Level and we did it!

Some of the features of this room have been my favorite to date. I did this room a while ago so I’m eager to do it again. The puzzles I remember being quite difficult but I didn’t care because the set design and immersiveness felt incredible.

Did this as a group of 4 and it was a good amount of people to complete the room. The puzzles were interesting and some of the features of the room were super cool
