This room is probably better for parties of 3-4. We did it as a group of 2 and were definitely a bit busy, but most of the puzzles were fun, straight forward, and made sense. The storyline/theming wasn’t particularly strong and some parts did not align well with the room, but we still had a nice time and enjoyed the room. However, we did notice a few problems during our visit:
1. Halfway into the game, a random person knocked on our door and entered our room (we thought it was part of the game, but it was not….) That person was looking for her friends. Such a disturbance!! Although this was not entirety on the staff, they could have done a better job preventing this from happening.
2. We were stuck at one of the mechanical puzzles since the sensor wasn’t working - we got the code right and double checked that there was the “clicking sound”, but the lock just wouldn’t open. Although we tried to tell the host that there was something wrong with the lock, they did not really do anything to help solve this issue (or maybe they couldn’t see/hear us well). This part was a bit frustrating, since we lost a lot of time waiting for the sensor to work. This could have been solved if the host asked us about the code and remote opened it for us.
3. In hindsight, the pre-game instructions could be a bit more clear about the dos and donts. (Am not going into details here cuz I don’t want to spoil anyone.)
4. And when we tried discuss these issues with the host after the game, we felt like they did not really care about our feedback and was more focused on how they did not get us at the jump scare..?

See review! They were nice but not particularly attuned to what’s going on in the room on remote con. Also did not prevent random visitor from entering our room during the game.
