The Magic Moonstone

All of Eclipse's rooms have been amazing, and of all of them this is my favourite! Beautiful and immersive theming, with a fantastic witchy vibe. We were able to chat to the creator/owner after and learned all about how she commissions custom props from a local craftsman - and it shows! There is so much thought, love and dedication put into the development of this room and the result is a fantastic and memorable experience.

Our first experience at Eclipse. The spaciousness of the opening room gave us breathing room plus ample space in which to solve the puzzles. The decor and theming were fantastic. The props used in puzzle solving were quite thematic and very pleasing to work with. I understand that the larger space of this room can accommodate more people than most escape rooms, but I would recommend this to regular (2-6) sized groups as well. Larger group sizes would work for the team-building, but if you are the type of enthusiast who likes to have a hand in (or at least observe) all the puzzles then stick to your regular sized group.

Magic Moonstone is an extremely spacious room with a very family friendly theme. It has a good variety of puzzles and some fun magical moments.

This was our first escape room experience and we had a really great time! The room itself was huge and the props were of excellent quality. The puzzles were unique and fun, and atmosphere was highly immersive. The only downside to going to such a great escape room right off the bat is that it sets the bar too high. We look forward to returning to the Gold Coast to do their other rooms.

Not as linear as the other rooms but still flowed well. Great puzzles and exquisite set designs. Eclipse is definitely on a different level to some of the other escape rooms in the area

Such a stunning room! So many puzzles and props, a great experience all around. Puzzles were initially non-linear and a delight to investigate around. Eclipse Escape have so many great rooms!

Room flowed excellently with it being set up to be very non-linear. We played with 3 people and were kept very busy with lots of puzzles to work on at the same times. Would be labour intensive to host with the host needing to ‘trigger’ many solves when the right things are said and done, our host did a good job of this.

Mix of high tech and mechanical puzzles, this room was very cool but didn’t have any music. The silence was a bit weird. Definitely a bigger room, but we smashed through it with just two people.

I loved this room. As first it was a little overwhelming with the amount of items however once you start it’s easy to follow and move around the immersful details and the clues to puzzles. The room pulls you into another world and story along with the puzzles flow. I can see how some people may not like this room and get lost in the details so I would recommend this room to those who have a few games under their belt.
