The San Diego branch of the Exit Game is closed & this game is no longer available. Which is a shame, this game was really great! Rogue AI with cheeky humor. A nice flow & solid computer-themed puzzles.

Nice fun set design. All the games were linked thematically. Story was a bit cliche. Puzzle difficulty was overall medium.

Sad that this place closed. The room is actually really cool and has some fun and unique technological puzzles. Freddie Wong showed up at the beginning. There's a challenge mode if you finish the room fast enough.

Sit on grandmas lap and let me tell you About a time, years ago, when AI was THE GAME to play in San Diego. Since then, others have risen to the top. But AI is still a fun game worth your time and money. A few exit games (including this one) have one part that is just absolutely infuriating. A puzzle with no discernible rhyme or reason. For this one, I remember the GM basically shrugging when we asked “how should I have gotten that”. Besides that one moment though, it’s a good game! Love the storyline too.

This room was great! Several more nerdy puzzles and jokes thrown in and they hit my group right on the money. We spent more time messing around than solving the puzzles and were even told we might have heat a record if we were on task the whole time. Whoops. Still a good time!

Theming was average but there are some interesting use of technology, especially involving the use of computers which makes you feel like you’re playing an 8 bit game. Overall on the easy side but it was fun. Story line was pretty predictable.

It was okay. There were a few elements that I really liked. But for the most part I felt more let down. I guess there was puzzles we didn’t get to do because we didn’t hit certain time perimeters. It was supposed to make the game easier, but I felt more disappointed and a bit robbed that I didn’t get to experience everything. Especially since we still had 10 minutes left in the end. Do it with more people so you can experience everything.

Went to the room with a group of 5 and made it to “hard mode” with a good amount of time left. The puzzles were never particularly difficult and were pretty straightforward

This was one of the first rooms I played in San Diego and I really enjoyed it. I completed it with a group of 2 with a decent amount of time to spare but there was one puzzle for which we required a a few hints. I think this is a room that would be fun with a larger group. Some puzzles require people to be in two separate rooms so communications is definitely required and multiple people lessens the need to go back and forth. The room utilizes a lot of high tech puzzles which were very cool, and the set design was very immersive. I would recommend this room for a group of 4-6 people who enjoy video games and digital tech puzzles.
