Spy Vs. Spy

A really fun take on team vs. team gameplay. I was not at all expecting the way this game goes about placing your team against each other. Not at all the most flashy or high tech room I’ve played at all but possibly the most fun we’ve had in a room in a while. So fast we finished the game in like 30 minutes yet it still felt more than long enough. Just a simple early gen room that reminds me not only why I love escape rooms but why I love playing escape rooms with other people.

Fun room!! It was a cool room. You’re never technically split in two different rooms, but just teamed up at the end to race another to complete puzzles.

My family and I LOVE escape rooms and by far they have the best rooms we have ever played.

What an immersive and fun game that was very unique! Loved the flow and game play. Kids were able to figure out some of the puzzles themselves with some help from HAILI

The unique premise of this game is that it's a versus battle, but teams are not revealed until partway through the game, and the versus part only comes into play near the end. I've only ever played one other versus game, but between them I prefer Spy vs Spy's structure. Like all the games at Exit Strategy, the decor was good and the puzzles smooth. Our GM, Chris, portrayed a sassy and entertaining H.A.I.L.I. Definitely worth a play for both newbies and experienced players alike. Because of how the game works, I think it's ideally experienced with exactly 4 players, both for gameplay and space reasons. I suspect this may be due to space restrictions, but I would have expected that the moment you confirmed your team would take place in a more clandestine space, rather than in public and just ignoring the fact that your ostensible opponents were doing the same thing under your noses.

Nothing like a good old fashioned spy vs spy room.

If you’re up for a good friendly challenge then this a fun one to try out. I really enjoyed the player to game interactions that happened throughout the entire experience. Our GM did an excellent job assigning us the correct positions in the game. This game can get a bit loud and competitive at times but that’s because we were all trying to win.

Awesome Escape Room experience! It was my first time ever doing an Escape Room, and I did it with a party of 9. I never thought an escape room would be this fun. The puzzles were challenging yet incredibly engaging, and the staff was friendly and helpful especially Michael, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. We worked together and celebrated each solved puzzle, which brought us closer as a group. Highly recommend!

We took our staff from The Grape Escape here for our team building and had a blast. Very well put together room. Mysteriously, challenging and very competitive. Highly reccomend. This is my second room at Exit Strategy games and we can’t wait to come do the rest!
