Cute theme but mediocre puzzles. Some puzzles were also glitchy and require several tries. The highlight of the experience was the friendly GM who was the only person working that night, and was running up and down the entire place hosting 4 games at the same time.

If you like spell casting and magic storyline, you may enjoy the experience. I’m not a big fan of magic spell topic and the puzzles are mediocre. I felt a bit repetitive when playing this room as the it’s a similar way to solve puzzles as we progressed.

I liked the theme of Wizarding School, but we really had a hard time with the logic of the puzzles themselves. First, there were a lot of props that fit into spaces intended for clues, but ended up being red herrings. We wasted a lot of time with those. Then, another puzzle was totally unclear until the GM explained it… we later determined there would have been no way to get that information without help. Finally, another puzzle kept timing out due to technical issues and we were very frustrated. We came away without the satisfaction that usually comes with completing a room.

Too many red herrings and the puzzles didn’t seem to be connected in ways that made sense. Some of the puzzles felt hard to be hard.

Not a great escape room. Staff was not friendly, game master was very hard to get ahold of on the walkie talkie, hard to understand and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Not worth the money.
The room had many puzzles but all electronic puzzles were slow and didn’t work properly.
Design of the room was good but the electronic puzzles do not work. They take so long to respond and reload you ran out of time quickly just waiting for your puzzle to work.
Our “game master” was unenthusiastic and talked with us through a walkie talkie. When we asked for a clue he didn’t respond and when he finally did he simply asked which puzzles we had solved and told us to work on separate puzzles. No actual clue was given. You could barely understand what was being said on the walkie talkie. At the end of our game we mentioned a few things that weren’t working and our game master said yes we have a long list of things that need to be fixed but seemed to have no intention or timeline of completing what didn’t work.

We could barely understand our game master at the start of our room because he was talking so quickly and seemed annoyed to be there. All we knew is we were looking for a broom of some sort.

You use Wands which was a cool idea except the places where the Wands are used are extremely difficult to get the puzzle to work.

LOVED the decor in this room, very nostalgic and well planned. Some puzzles definitely difficult, they require you to think things through. Unique puzzles! Definitely had several we’ve never encountered before.
Design was 10/10 absolutely loved it
