Room was interesting and a bit challenging in the first room where you’re split up after rejoining the puzzles got significantly easier.

Legend tells of a map identifying the locations of mystical artifacts scattered across the globe. It’s been hidden deep within the walls of an ancient dojo guarded by secrets and mystery. To protect the map from those who would use it for evil, you must split into two groups, navigate the dojo, and find it before they do. Hurry, time is running out!

The Warriors Way was an interesting room. The atmosphere matched the theme really well, and the puzzles and clues fit with the story, so nothing felt out of place. One thing I thought was pretty unique about this room was that you had to rely on more than just your eyesight for some of the puzzles. That made the game feel different from other rooms I’ve played. That being said, there were two puzzles I really didn’t like. Without spoiling anything, they involved using other senses, and honestly, they frustrated me a lot. The first room can also be tough if your team’s communication isn’t good. Ours wasn’t the greatest, but we made it work in the end. The coolest part of the room for me was definitely the decor. It really helped sell the theme. Overall, I think the room has some cool ideas, but a few puzzles could use some retouching, and the set could use some maintenance. Not a bad room, but definitely had some parts that took away from the experience for me.

Depending where you park, it might be quite a walk to get to the place so allow time to find parking AND to figure out how to get to the place. Luckily one person knew where it was so we arrived precisely at appointment time. We almost failed this and finished with 14 seconds to spare. The first room was a split room (we did two and two) and that took most of our time and clues. It was extremely hard! Once finally through there we were short on time, but the next two rooms were easier, and if we hadn’t spent so much time in the first room, we probably wouldn’t have been so stressed trying to finish under time. Our GM was a little slow at getting back to us for the clues; once we had to push the help button 3x before they answered. They didn’t talk but used a screen to text us which also used time. A speaker/walkie talkie may have helped with that. Some things didn’t quite work right. I did enjoy one of the puzzles as all four of us worked it out and contributed input instead of just like the two most vocal people.

There was a pump
There are puzzles made specifically for 4/5 senses (no tasting!) Also some of the puzzles are low to the ground so if stooping is an issue

Overall enjoyed the escape room. Ranked 8/10 difficulty online and I can see why. Initially my team had trouble starting the room, leading ourselves in circles. However, once we had a rhythm going each puzzle felt like a small victory after a slow start.

We were really excited for this one because we love a good split start. Unfortunately there were several things that fell flat for us. There was a puzzle feature that malfunctioned early on (non user error) and it not only cost us time asking for help and trying to figure out if we were missing something - but it ultimately resulted in a puzzle becoming unavailable to us. The GM had to provide the riddle to us via screen. Additionally, it was really challenging to make those earlier connections. In the next portion of the room, there was a puzzle we spent several minutes on (partially because of a misleading hint and sticky programming - having to go through the puzzle several times to ensure our timing was exact or pieces placed exactly was frustrating.) After that, things came together quickly and we managed to escape even without having to use the “extra minute” that was granted to us for the faulty puzzle earlier. This room has a lot of potential, but definitely needs some refurbishing/work. Friendly GMs and easy booking.

Love how all of the Red Door Rooms connect so was excited to do this one. The puzzles and flow were great. I’ll let you find out which one tested our patience the most tho lol. Overall great.

The gameplay’s decent, probably one of Red Door’s high/upper-mid tier games, but I’ld say the atmosphere in this one just feels kind of empty.
The atmosphere was good but there was just something missing that made it feel kinda dead, not in a peaceful zen kind of way and more of a boring kind of way

A well designed/constructed room. Does a great job having you think a little outside the box. Your group will be split in 2 to start, just an fyi. Our GM Sophie was wonderful too.
