This was our first challenging puzzle. While I think some of the puzzles were super clever, like the koi, teapots, and others.. I do think that the room is ready for some maintenance. There are components that jiggle that are clues, items that are delayed, props ripped off the shelves, and holes in items where you would think a clue fits, but doesnβt. We spent way too much time analyzing broken items or holes that it ruined the flow.
But I would say we did enjoy our time and the staff was amazing as always.
It was more difficult than any game we played before, it was intimidating because the first room appear very bare and gave you the impression there wasnβt many clues.
The set design was good, but I do think the room needs some maintenance. There are things that appear to move, holes in props, spaces for props, none which are even clues. I understand having distractions but these didnβt fit the bill.
The number of rooms involved in the puzzle and being separated was a nice touch.
As always the staff was top notch, thank you Lauren for the enthusiasm and smiles.
Story
I donβt think that the story was really that intriguing. Find a map, not very complex.
I think when the staff has to clarify that things have a delay or that you need to do something stronger that maybe things need to be repaired.
Physically active
Not at all
Itβs in a side walkway that not many walk down, but directions were easy to follow
Parking
Itβs a very popular outdoor mall, so there is a ton of people shopping and eating also looking for parking
