Super fun, non-linear game. The method of recieving clues was very immersive. The decorations of the room were well done and included a perfect number of red herrings.
Gameplay
Gameplay was well thought out, without being overly linear.
Atmosphere
Decorations were perfect, and the facility itself was well decorated.
Customer service
Bri at the call center was very helpful when booking over the phone, Willow was a super welcoming person when we first arrived at the facility, and Alisha was a spectacular game master.
Story
The story was good, but was not the main focus of the room.
