It has been many years since your archaeology professor disappeared, but you promised each other to follow his encrypted messages in hopes of finding him. Now you stand before a temple from the Aztec Empire, hoping you won’t suffer the same fate as him. The scenery is really well done—from the very beginning, it’s clear you’re standing at the temple’s ancient entrance. And it doesn’t disappoint once you manage to get inside. Small details like sand on the floor and an oil lamp as a light source enhance the setting. The only downside is the sense of touch, since you can tell that the stones and pillars aren’t real. All the puzzles are very nicely incorporated into the design, and none of the room’s 16 puzzles require keys or classic number codes. There was a bit of trouble with one piece of machinery when we visited, but it was quickly fixed and well worth the wait. The room works well for two players, but there’s enough space for more. However, we wouldn’t say there’s enough to keep more than four people busy at the same time. Number of nuts (max 5) Difficulty level 🌰🌰🌰 Design 🌰🌰🌰🌰 Scare factor 🌰 Entertainment vs price 🌰🌰🌰🌰
