There were some things I really liked and a bunch of things that really missed the mark. I love the idea that instead of being the Wild West in the past, it was a Wild West theme park. Very West World. I think the puzzles and designs in the Wild West area were stronger than the modern area in both aspects. Several things that you would solve and then something silently elsewhere or in another room would open. The modern aspect overall was a let down.
Strong starting room but everywhere else was weaker in comparison.
Customer service
A lot of time waiting for clues or when we finally felt stumped and using a clue, being told something opened silently a few minutes prior.

Story
Not the best, I love the idea of it being a theme park but the bomb aspect wasn’t well-implemented.
Was anything broken?
We had something that we flipped a switch for, moved on when nothing happened and then 20 minutes when asking for a clue, we were instructed to just do it a few times before it miraculously opened.
