The Submarine Ship

The last puzzle was broken which prevented our escape. When I pointed it out to the staff, the staff didn't seem to care or want to investigate.

Overall a fun experience. The atmosphere was well done. The puzzles were varied...still a few too many "hidden in plain sight" ones initially. One tech misfire along the way. And the final solution moment felt like it deserved a more dramatic audio-visual

Some elements were broken

I’m sorry but no. There was a lot of broken game components that made us waste at least 20 minutes of time. Our Game Master did not ONCE try to help us get past these and even had to come in the room at the end, make us close our eyes so we could “win”

In the end it was a fun room, but this room would not be my first choice here. We spontaneously did this room because our game master Alix said we did really good in the pirates room and we were like eff it we should do the hardest room they have. All the puzzles tied into the story but this room did not wow us too much, but we also did this room right after the pirates room which was an amazing game.

Game master was giving out clues like candy on Halloween. The room could of been fun it was a cool under water feeling but things were jammed easily and electronic locks took too long to respond, you would think your combo was wrong.

Another good room that was well designed by Amazing Escape Room. There was only a couple puzzles we really needed some help with. However this room felt a little less direct of what goes with what. We had another terrible customer service experience. I’m glad we’re done the rooms at this location. If they get any new rooms in the future, I won’t be back. I’ll go to a different location instead.
