Iffy
42 escape rooms
A decent amount of challenge and many clever puzzles in this room. Has a whimsically spooky vibe to it.
Gameplay
The gameplay was fun. There were a few elements that can be easily overlooked, though. From a puzzle standpoint as a whole, I do feel the room is well done. There's a piano puzzle, and the piano is REAL and actually WORKS!
Atmosphere
The set design works well. You start 'outside' the mansion and find your way in. Loved the parlor room section the most; lots of cool puzzles to be had.
Customer service
Great staff. Everyone made us feel very welcome and were super helpful.

There's a few puzzles that really play off of the atmosphere well. (Without spoiling anything, I'll just mention the 'coffin' puzzle).

Standard mystery mansion story, but I liked the haunted curse plot track variation.
