I did not have a good time playing this room and I blame it on the GM and not the room itself. I don't know whether the GM was just super enthusiastic or just wanted to go home but they would not stop telling us what to do next or how to solve puzzles. Despite several times of asking him not to do it, he continued through the entire game. The story is great! I love a good serial killer theme and was excited to try it out. The set was really impressive but there was one little sticking point. The hotel room was done in really intricate detail including a working mini fridge. I was even willing to overlook that the hotel room included the sink and shower in the sleeping area. I am sure there are rooms like this somewhere. However, why couldn't you build the shower to look like an actual shower. Just throw in a fake shower head. Minor irritant and doesn't affect the game. The puzzles were very good, in theory, since we didn't really need to solve them ourselves. One day, I will probably go back and try it again with a quieter GM.
