We loved the room and the haunted house, both are great fun and I would highly recommend people do both if your time allows it. Regarding the room a few things that are good to knows before you do this one: It is a 2 person only room so no groups, It is not a room. You are buried in a dark coffin and handcuffed to each other so definitely not a good room for people with claustrophobia, The puzzles in the "room" are relatively simple and beginner friendly. I wouldn't play the room if you are looking for a challenging escape, this room really shines in it's emersion, fun staff that are dressed up as all things horrific while chainsaws whizz past your coffin and you escape. The staff are very helpful should you ever get stuck. And the room is certainly more designed to be fun than a competitive challenge which was just what we wanted on the day.
