46 escape rooms
Escaped with 2 people, only required one hint because we lost a clue (short piece of paper fell behind furniture and we couldn't retrieve it). Was very fun! Set was fantastic and some puzzles were unique (great use of the environment) but some were not the best written (cheesable or had bad clues). Got kind of lost with the plot and what we were doing. There were info in bits and pieces as we progressed but it was difficult to pay attention and work out the story, would have preferred it was spelt out for us more clearly. The GM had to debrief the story for us at the end for the ending to be impactful.
Gameplay
Had some fun interactive puzzles, was linear. Some puzzles were cheesable and some didn't make the most sense
Atmosphere
Very impressive props and environment
Customer service
Very kind staff who understood players experiences and knew parts where it was appropriate to cut in (e.g. translate an italian instruction)
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
Had some interesting use of space and furniture in puzzles
Story
The plot was to explore the scene which isn't particular unique, a lot of the puzzles and scenes have unexplained connections to the crime
