Not a fan of this room at all, game master was unhelpful and seemed to want us out of there as soon as possible. On top of that, as a group of three, some of the puzzles seemed impossible to do dexterity wise. Hopefully some improvements will be made.

Overall a good room. Not great but good.
Overall the game flowed well. The GM explained a couple parts that helped with the rationale.
The set design is professional and immersive. I thought that was a plus for the room. I would have rated love, but we could hear a very loud group in the room next to us and it made it difficult for us to hear things or talk to each other.
Tough one to measure. The GM was friendly and helpful. Negatives were the location opened 15 minutes before we began so we had to wait outside until then, only one employee so she had to help another group which made her unavailable for a few minutes when we were asking for help (granted that group was not easy for her to manage)
