Great room! Great people! Easy to get started, flowed nicely. Our nine year old didn't like the mannequin at the end but otherwise it was really fun. 😊

Otis has owned the Gas n’ Go for almost 40 years, and has always been a lil’ doubtful about takin’ a proper vacation. There just ain’t many people he trusts to leave in charge. But with gas costin’ as much as it does now, Otis is feeling the heat, and he just has to get away. While he’s gone, he’s asked Earl, his ole checkers buddy, to watch over the station. He’s trying to enjoy his vacation in Daytona, but Otis is gettin’ mighty worried as he hasn’t been able to get a hold of Earl for a spell now. Not to mention, a valve at the gas station has to be released every so often to keep the pressure from buildin’ up and blowin’ the whole place to bits. Could y’all drive out to the ole service station and figure out how to release that dang valve? And check on that ole good for nothin’ Earl while you’re at it.

The aesthetic and the gameplay was loads of fun along with the game master introduction to the game. The puzzles were interesting and fun.

A beginner's game, but a good one. Skippable for enthusiasts, but worth tacking on to the must-do Man's Best Friend! Our group of 5 got out in around 30 minutes. We definitely should've taken more selfies. 😝

Admittedly, I had no idea that the town of Inman existed before this place put it on the map for us. Thanks to Morty, we found this gem of a location. The owners, RJ and Lauren, were so kind and are passionate about creating a fun and memorable experience! This room is their first one and relies on traditional locks, but it doesn’t take away from the game play. The puzzles are fun and well thought out. They had two particular puzzles that we have never seen before and there was one “solution” that made me so excited that it turned out to be different than what I was expecting. This room isn’t scary, but I would say “dark,” so don’t bring the young ones! We loved the use of a small space in both of their rooms. It flowed well and nothing really stumped us or was too much of a time suck, so excellent game play! We are looking forward to returning to play their third room once it opens!

This was by far the best escape room I’ve been too, and I’ve been to a few across the country! It was the most welcoming environment, the perfect amount of puzzles, and the perfect amount of difficulty. We will definitely be back!!

This is an older style escape room with lots of locks, so set your expectations accordingly. Puzzles are fine (though fairly linear) -- nothing was broken or seemed unreasonable, which is the main thing I care about for a room like this. To be honest, I think the Morty rating is out of step with other games in the area - it's not as as polished as any of, say, the nearby Escape Artist Greenville games despite having higher ratings than many of them. It's still a fine game, and I'd have no trouble pointing people at it (especially beginners), I just think it seems overhyped.
It felt unnecessarily dark, which isn't my favorite.

The story felt a little discombobulated - at the end of it, I wasn't sure how some plot threads tied together - it felt like the designer was going for things that individually made sense but didn't cohere overall. It's fine, I'm here for the escape room, not the plot.

4 enthusiasts breezed through it, even though we were bottlenecked most of the time on the linear puzzle flow. 2-3 would be better.
Not scary
Maybe spooky if you're not OK with the dark, but it's more of an abandoned property vibe most of the time. It does veer into clearly-fake-Halloween-prop level of spooky later though.

There's not a ton of parking, but Inman's also pretty small so it seems unlikely to fill up.

Staff was very friendly and the gamemaster did a fantastic job. This room is better than average, though nothing distinctly special. I say that primarily because it relies too much on locks (most clues simply lead directly to a key or combination which gives you access to the next clue) and is very linear. This is their first room and the owner is aware of those flaws. They're a bit off the beaten path and get a lot of newbies, which I imagine this style is great for. We had a fun time with the room regardless. Some of the puzzles were satisfying to solve and the atmosphere was great. There's a bit of a horror element involved, but no jump scares. I'm really excited to come back and visit their other room, which I fully expect to love.

Really enjoyed this game as well as the excellent set design. Puzzles flowed well and I liked the level of logic needed- not too abstract but had to think a little harder for some.

What a fantastic game! Loved the theming. Usually I like a balance of tech and manual locks. This one is almost entirely low tech, but I loved it nonetheless.
