decor and atmosphere were super immersive, but the tech puzzle kept lagging and throwing errors, which took us out of the experience also, the hints felt pretty generic, like they didn’t really help us with where we were stuck, just repeated stuff we already figured out as they are standardized for each puzzle

Multiple game pads (iPads in room) did not work. Staff gave us a free game to play as recompense which we appreciated. The staff was good but this game was not.

Really cool set and design. Again put in with strangers who had never done one and wanted clues 5 minutes in, but by the end they were having a blast and running around. My only real complaint is there’s stuff that didn’t physically work and they had to tell us we were doing it right. You’re an expensive escape room in tourist row that sells out, fix your stuff please. We also did bad as a team because one of us would figure something out and the others would have no clue it was done, but that’s on us.

We’ve done over 100 rooms across the country and while this room design was visually outstanding, the GM was one of the worst we’ve ever had. At the end of the room they refused to share the rest of the puzzles and how far from completion we were. We had a newbie with us and instead of proceeding to another room we left. Disappointing.

Gameplay

This room relied on ambiguity rather than difficult puzzles. You had to guess what to do rather than know and have tough puzzles.

The GM refused to share how close we were at the end and walk us through the rest of the puzzles. We’ve done over 100 rooms and never had this experience.

The set design and production are superior to other space games I’ve played. The puzzles were fun. The only hard part is with all tech sometimes we were confused who just finished their puzzle when something opened. These games are all public and we were placed with another couple. But they were awesome, so it worked out. If we were placed with duds or children I feel like the experience would not have been fun. So that is a risk! Overall a very fun escape room. We escaped with minimal time on the clock, the adrenaline was pumping.
