Overall a charming room, well presented, highly thematic, with some memorable puzzles. Definitely worth the trip and the cost. Kudos to the designer!
Gameplay
Enough parallelism that there was no risk of quarterbacking. A few mainstream lock-and-key puzzles but there were enough original puzzles to keep it interesting.
Atmosphere
It’s a small indie studio, which showed a bit, but they did a great job with the presentation. Nothing seemed unattended-to in the design and a few design flourishes really brought in the theme.
Customer service
Very friendly. Chatted with us afterwards and seemed really engaged.
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
While it had some fairly standard puzzles too, there were a few puzzles that stood out and are memorable, making it a worthwhile room.
Story
Story was pretty straightforward - no twists and turns or surprises - but it was solid and well-presented with a nice ending.
Difficulty
Hard
I’d say this is not a beginner’s room, but unlimited clues make it accessible if you’re inexperienced.

Scary
Not scary
Surprisingly it was not very scary at all. There were some spooky thematic elements and of course it’s a spooky theme, but the actual activity of the room has nothing that ought to dissuade anyone worried about the scare factor.

Accessibility
Was fairly accessible. No color coded puzzles. No hearing or smell puzzles. One puzzle might require someone to lean over and look in a particular angle, and one area was fairly dark and might be a little hard to see for people with weak vision but there is also a portable light source that can mitigate that. Overall, pretty accessible I would say.
