I thought the theme and decorations were very well done. But there were many things in the room that were lackluster to me. For the epic space, the puzzles felt kind of meh. Volume on audio recordings were next to nothing, and there was a portion the game Master had to come in and help us with a puzzle designed ONLY for tall people. Some mechanical locks were broken and the ending was very uneventful. All of our group wasn't even in the room when it happened. Also, they had printed a clue wrong and instead of reprinting the clue, game Master just announced that it was this printed upside down. why not just fix instead of having to tell every group? 

The company also does not answer phones or emails. Couldn't get in touch with them regarding anything prior to walking in the lobby despite calling and emailing over the course of a week.

Very fun place and game - designed with care and attention to detail. Flow struggled at some points, but the gameplay was fun and entertaining. Would recommend if you are considering!

Great game Master. Very emersive. Challenging and interactive with good decor. Lots of different types of puzzles.

This one is meh. One puzzle included an interesting twist on a task I’ve done a few times before. Not a bad room at all, but nothing particularly stood out to me. Our game master was great!
