56 escape rooms
My team was disappointed with this room. The theme seemed really cool, which is what interested me personally. Unfortunately, the immersion is broken by noise from other rooms, several puzzle elements did not work as intended, the puzzle flow and mechanics were frustrating, and several things seem to be different from the images provided above. I have played other Escapology games and enjoyed them, but this one fell short.
Gameplay
Unclear puzzle flow, with some puzzles that had unnecessary/extra elements. One puzzle did not really work out, we had to guess at the answers, and our GM could not remember how it was supposed to work either. Several unclear puzzles.
Atmosphere
The room (at least this one at Pigeon Forge) does not totally look like the images above, so they may have changed some aspects of the room recently. We could also hear a lot from the neighboring rooms, especially the notification noise from the hint systems, which was distracting and took away from the immersion

Story
The story kind of had a goal, but was still forgettable
Difficulty
Medium
It is advertised as an easy/easier room, but the unclear puzzle flow and confusing puzzle mechanics, in addition to the many unused aspects of the puzzles, made it frustrating and harder than it should have been

Was anything broken?
No
Not broken per se, but perhaps worn. One puzzle did not really work as intended, and at one point we opened a door but it did not pop/swing open as it should have, so it was unclear if we actually solved the puzzle; we eventually had to pry it open at the encouragement of the GM
