Well done cabin room that relied mostly on searching which honestly was a bit refreshing. There is not too much tech in the room but there is loads of charm. The story is pretty bare bones but made sense and was unintrusive. great room for beginners or people with younger kids or just for a relaxing date night.

Puzzles were fun and engaging, set design was fairly basic but effective. Was not a particularly immersive experience.

Gameplay

Puzzles were mostly fun to complete. All but 1 puzzle felt fair for my group. I would expect almost all groups would need at least 1 clue and most groups would need at least 2 clues.

Atmosphere

Set design was fairly basic, special effects were limited. The biggest wow moment was only seen by 1 of the 2 people in the room and that seems almost by design. Immersion was lacking, if felt like an escape room with a series of puzzles designed to vaguely fit a concept and then the story was created with little regard to the puzzles that were in the room.

Customer service

Staff was friendly and service good. Did get a clue for a puzzle we already solved but that was easily resolved.
