10 escape rooms

We played this room while on vacation and it was decent. The first room had a lot of puzzles and the most combination locks I've ever seen in an escape room. It felt like we were just working one lock after another for no reason. The room also had some nice tech puzzles. The walls needed repair but the effects were still good. The second room's puzzles were more of a stretch but again it had a couple of nice props. We didn't finish because there were only 2 of us and just the number of puzzles was overwhelming. They had another room I'd like to do if I ever get back that way again.

The stage was a little worn but overall there was a lot of puzzles involved and we didn’t feel like there was a lot of “stretching” when solving the puzzles.

Puzzles required large leaps in logic. Requested clues were not given right away (minute(s) delayed). Store was dirty. Props and environment were falling apart.

Gameplay

Walking into this room (and into the store) the first thing I noticed is it felt dirty. The carpet was in need of vacuuming as was the room. So many items in the room were broken, locks were already opened, and there were bugs in the room (real ones not as part of the experience). In asking for a hint, it took well over a minute for anyone to respond to us. Puzzles required massive leaps in logic and were not clear at all.

Atmosphere

Dirty. Needed vacuuming. Real bugs (not part of the experience). Decor was stapled on and falling off. Locks were already opened (not reset). It was clear something was supposed to open from the ceiling but that was broken too. Lights did not shine in the correct order. Another set of lights were out for not reason. Usually decor has meaning. Here, it’s just broken.

Customer service

Friendly greeting, but the clue giving and delay was not good customer service. When asking for a solution to the puzzles after not escaping, our game master could not properly walk us through how the puzzles worked (probably because they made no sense).

Probably could scare some children. There is one jump scare.

Loved this game. It is a little spooky at first, but not bad. Great use of sound effects and lighting.

My family took a bit too long in the beginning of this room, but we redeemed ourselves in the 2nd half. Great room.
