Scooby-Doo™ and the Spooky Castle Adventure

The staff was non existent as it was solo operated. It took 15 mins for someone to greet us. And we waited 10-15 mins for clues because he was taking care of other guest during our game. He added 5 mins back on the timer after I left the escape room twice to find someone because our game master was not responding. This was the worse escape experience we have ever had.

This was so much fun! Also very challenging. We flew thru the first room and got cocky - we were humbled in rooms 2 and 3. Luckily escaped just in time!

This was a fun room, there were a few broken things but that didn't distract much. The clues were answers which was not great.

This was a lot of fun, three rooms and pretty challenging. We did it with our 10 year old but I think it's fun for adults too. Well put together set and awesome puzzles

The theme of the room is really cool but not much else is exciting in it. Our game master wasn’t nice and entered our room twice taking us out of the experience. There was one lock and key puzzle that someone figured out by feeling around for, as you do in an escape room, and the GM entered asking us how we got it and told us we weren’t allowed to do that. They then proceeded to be rude about it and reset it while we were in the room, taking away the fun in figuring it out. Also, the room wasn’t properly reset so puzzles we had started to work on were interrupted so the GM could, once again, enter and this time told us to leave the room. When we reentered we had to re-solve puzzles to get back to where we were due to the lack of a proper reset. This is the second room I have done at this location and both times I have experienced a difficultly with a puzzle due to the location’s emphasis on not touching things in the room which stop you from feeling immersed and excited to solve things. I did this with a group of 6 and all the puzzles led to the next so if you enjoy being able to split at times this is not the room for you.

This room was amazing 😍! Great flow, great clues, great design, and just overall enjoyable. Great room for both kids and adults who are kids at heart. Kids will need help though.
