256 escape rooms
Puzzles and set were decent, and became more interesting the further we progressed. On the minus side, the GM frequently came into the game during the first room, acting (in character) as a confused secretary and wondering what we were up to. This didn't advance the plot or add anything to the experience, and was disruptive - I'm pretty confused why they kept doing it. Maybe there was no camera/audio feed of the room and they had no other way of tracking progress? Maybe they couldn't think of any justification for giving hints remotely? Maybe they found some players didn't ask for help when needed? Whatever the reason, it felt bad.

Staff was welcoming, but the GM's frequent intrusions were unwanted.

Live actors
No
I don't consider the unwanted GM intrusion to be a live actor, even though they were technically a person in the space. There wasn't any interaction and they didn't add anything to the game by being present.
