This game and company (workers) were horrible! Half of the things in the room didn’t work. We waited over 20 minutes attempting a puzzle for the employee to come in and say “Yah that isn’t work but you did it correctly” but then not give us any extra time or turn the clock back or accommodate for anything even after knowing we had been working on the same thing and that was the only thing we needed to move forward.

Facility was very nice and clean, staff were friendly but a little unenthusiastic, didn't impact gameplay though so not a huge issue. Gamplay was mostly very smooth and intuitive up until the end where a couple of puzzles had either errors or solutions we stumbled into. Overall, very enjoyable but stumbles at the end with a bit of a flat note. Location was easy to find and had plenty of parking
Gm did what they needed to and was pleasant enough, but wasn't particularly welcoming or helpful when we had a few past game questions about some puzzles we had stumbled through during the escape
