Room was clean & well maintained with quick and easy puzzles laid out in an easy to follow path. Overall about what you'd expect for an entry level Xmas themed room. More designed for the 1st time customer rather than someone who has completed several rooms. Still, a very enjoyable experience.

Odd compared to our prior experiences with this location. Mostly younger staff and didn't seem very attentive to customers in rooms. We had finished room, made our way to lockers to retireve personal belongings, and were headed for the door before staff even realized we had completed room. Not a typical experience for this location.
