This room was pretty disappointing start to finish. The design is rad, tho so many props and finishes were broken, including items essential to the game. Also, the timer wasn't displaying our time so we had no idea our time was up until til after we were out of the room.
I'm not exaggerating when I say at least a third of the puzzles were too sensitive and opened prematurely, were broken, or required outside help to complete. I was on the verge of quitting the room out of frustration when the GM came in and still couldn't get the puzzle to align. There was a door that just wouldn't open. A solid 15 minutes was wasted because of technical problems.
The room was really beautiful where it wasn't clearly broken or damaged. The puzzles were fun and I liked how it didnt have a single lock. It was all puzzles and riddles. But none of that mattered because there are no ceilings so the room next door to us was REALLY loud, distracting, and sometimes interfered with our own gameplay because we couldn't hear what was going on in our room.

the overall set design was great but some of the props were too sensitive or flat out didn’t work. 10 minutes wasted trying to get something to work that the operator couldn’t get to work either.
while the set design was great some of the props were extraordinarily sensitive or flat out didn’t work. the operator had to come in the room and also couldn’t get it to work.

“The set design for"The Tomb" was amazing. ...like we were on a movie set filled with special effects“
“A phenomenal environment, but the gameplay, rules, and hint system were all deeply flawed.“
