Firstly the customer service was amazing. They catered to all my groups needs and were very accommodating and polite. I played all their rooms and they were all very well decorated. The puzzles were very unique as I hadn’t seen some of them before in other escape rooms. Brian was our host and did a great job keeping the atmosphere fun and different for each of the different stories in each room. He was very attentive to our games and made our experience so much better. I will definitely be back if they make any new rooms!

If this was primarily a haunted attraction or some sort of hide and seek game that would have been phenomenal. As an escape room it was ok. The puzzles were just there. It didn’t seem like anything was need other than waste time in between scare moments. Would have preferred a better balance between fear and puzzling.

It seemed more of a haunted house than escape room.

They were medium, everything is in the dark so it was hard to tell.

I had to step out from fear at the start but the crew was incredible and helped me chill and let me in after a bit.

Overall, the room was fun and the puzzles are easy. The suspense and the atmosphere were the one that kept us slightly struggling. The room was incredibly dark. We did break Krampus though at the end 😝. Krampus was incredibly passionate in trying to scare us, he accidentally popped his knees. Good thing, we have a resident nurse in the group. So, we ended up helping Krampus escape from his room. Prop to the actor for his dedications in making our escape room experience immersive. I hope his knees is fine now. Will go back when they have a new room.

Josef was a great host for all of our games, which was expected since he shares my name 😂.The hide was a great experience, me and my group have done tons and tons of games in the area like Zoe, and this one topped them all. We came back for the overgrown and Christmas and both of them proved worth our time, we loved all 3 games and anyone looking for a good escape room should make sure they experience escape room era.
