Post Mortem

Recommended for "expert" players, the puzzles in this room weren't too difficult to figure out. However, it was a bit unclear what our goal was... it was explained to us at the beginning that our goal wasn't to escape the room, rather to determine the culprit and motive to the crime that had occurred. Puzzles must be solved in order (they're numbered, so that was easy to follow along), and a mobile phone is required to connect to a website where you can communicate with the game master and ask for clues. The experience may have been better if there was clearer instruction in the beginning, and perhaps a card inside the room reiterating the goal(s) of the experience.

This room was challenging as a solo player. It had puzzles to solve as well as questions to determine the answers to based on the game masters introduction. It was hard to fully remember everything they had said, especially when typically rooms I have done will always have the pertinent information available in the room, not just verbal at the start. I felt there was at least one puzzle that was very difficult to follow the logic for and was hindered by Perspex that was scratched which limited vision to read the chart behind it.
