Not worth it, because it doesn’t properly suit experienced players nor novices (the type of families who I’d expect to be at District Eat and Play and might try an escape room for the first time). 

The room design and props were well done; that’s really the only plus.

The story isn’t particularly memorable. Puzzles were ok, but I was extremely turned off by there being so many red herrings … GM said “practically no one even gets to the third room” and I can kinda see why. One trigger was broken for us and we had to leave the room to find staff to intervene (they said they can’t hear us via the cameras). Clues aren’t specific to your situation so they are mostly a waste of time (once again, they allegedly can’t hear us yelling “we did that already!”)

Almost feels like they got a pre-made Escape Room Package from a company and didn’t put in the resources to make it work well locally.

Total ripoff and so lame. limited clues, bad functionality. did this with a group of four and we should have been told it’s too many because the space is small

Did a group of 8 people, which is the upper limit, was wayyyyy too many people. Lots of events are triggered by puzzles that have no real signifier that it’s completed. One puzzle in particular I am still confused as to how it was completed even though our team escaped with 10 minutes to spare. There was a missing piece as well for one of the final puzzles but was told by the attendant that they aren’t sure if that piece has ever been there because people rarely make it to the final room.

This venue limits clues, but when we asked for some, we were given clues for events we had already completed. We were two steps away from finishing, but were told that “most people don’t even make it to the final room”. Staff member who came in at the end could not cohesively explain the remaining puzzles nor flow to us afterwards. Was not clear what information was relevant and what wasn’t when in rooms.

Ughhh I have no idea where to start with this room. The potential could possibly be there but it’s almost like they don’t want you to do escape in time. One puzzle in particular took entirely too long. If you missed the clue you had to wait for it to loop back around.
