The Witching Hour

Well themed, but some puzzles were either confusing or unnecessarily tricky. A few tweaks would have made the room go a lot smoother.

This witchy room had some tricks for our 2-person double bubble, but also caused us some toil and trouble. The spooky theming and props were great, especially for the Halloween season. But some locks and inputs were finicky. We had a few correct answers that we tried multiple times, and it wasn’t until we got a hint from the GM to move things around until they clicked. Those hints came after some ones that led us on wild goose chases, though. Be warned that it’s a pretty dark room too. Overall, I liked it, but wish we could have conjured up a better experience.

It’s cool. Definitely older in design and the way it goes. Didn’t care for the fact someone wrote the answer to puzzles on the wall and they GM didn’t notice but the room was cool.

I really enjoyed this game a lot. Puzzles flowed well from one to the next. Good props and effects for atmosphere!

I was terrified the entire time so I think that might’ve made this not the greatest experience for me. My friends definitely found it more exciting. The room definitely seemed a bit worn down. The puzzles definitely went along with the theme.
