I was really impressed by this room. I think the set looked wonderful and this game had some great puzzles that encouraged team work. It’s nice to have puzzles that are better to have two or three people working in tandem as opposed to one person soloing (although you could if you wanted to I suppose). There was also one puzzle involving sun dials that I LOVED and it’s probably my standout singular puzzle from the whole day of puzzling. My only gripe with this room was one puzzle in the final room missing some kind of signposting that would make it make more sense. We knew what all of the pieces were but we just struggled to take that puzzle across the finish line without some help. With the exception of that one puzzle though, I thought this was a really great game. :)

Rating: 3.5/5 - Solid room, I enjoyed it well enough. Set was nicely done and decently immersive with appropriate ambient audio, it had the right Greek vibe. There were multiple rooms and some of the LED lighting was kind of cool. It's very tech heavy with only a single padlock. The puzzles were varied, fun, and fit the theme, though nothing particularly impressed me. You will solve things a bit faster if you are very familiar with the Greek alphabet, though this isn't required knowledge. The only downside is that the room feels a bit short for a 1 hour room, so you don't get the excitement of finishing with seconds on the clock. The GM was helpful when needed, we also talked to the owner who is very friendly. I'd recommend a team of 2-4 players, there is at least 1 puzzle that requires 2 people. My ranking of the rooms I've played here starting with my favorite. 1. Barrel of Lies 2. Olympus 3. The Trials of Oz (only good for 1-2 players) 4. Sherlock vs. The Ripper 5. Masquerade Manor

We played this room with 5 enthusiasts and it was a decent room! There was enough for the most part to keep us all involved and we finished the room with about 20-ish minutes left, which wasn’t bad. The set was really cool and I loved the touches about Greek mythology. The GMs are also a little quirky and make you sing (for the first time) for a hint, with unlimited hints. One puzzle was just a wee bit tricky in the last room (although understanding what you needed to do was intuitive). We had a good time. If you’re in town for just one room, though, I would recommend the Barrel of Lies. We played just after this one and it was the standout room in our opinion.

We had a group of 5 enthusiasts and got out of the room in just over half the time allotted. There were a good number of puzzles, but most were pretty intuitive.

Mostly trigger locks, I think there were no key locks or just 1-2

Ideal number of players

5

The rooms weren’t crowded for our group of 5, but probably wouldn’t want more than that. Most puzzles would probably be able to be completed with 2-3 people. Definitely would be hard/almost impossible solo.

Accessibility

There was a part where you needed music that would be hard for deaf or tone deaf players. Also a colored puzzle that might be difficult for color blind people.

This had a pretty cool theme and awesome final room! It almost felt like you were in a video game, because you were given a format for how to solve the puzzles, and there were several that were solved in different ways, but were all needed to be solved before moving on. My husband's knowledge of Greek mythology and letters made this go by quickly for us, so we wish it was a little longer!
