Mark as done to rate

The security guard at Erie Bank is disgruntled and ready to quit… but before he does, he wants to orchestrate a heist to secure his early retirement. He’s enlisted you and your friends to break into the bank vault and steal a massive diamond and nearly a million dollars in cash! The guard’s shift ends in an hour, and his replacement always shows up early… (Bonus info: Tenletters is located in an historic bank building, with real walk-in vaults. The bank opened in 1903 and several heists have actually occurred here! We use the real vault for “Heist at 512,” so you’re breaking into the real thing!)

Brought our kids with us and had a blast. They did a great job helping solve puzzles but we did need a few hints.

This room had potential but some puzzles were too time consuming and frustration built up quick. Some things seemed a bit illogical. They tell you their rooms have low completion rates....its for a reason. The end was fun but the middle was rough. Overall, this room seemed like it would be fun but we ended up agitated and frustrated.

A really interesting concept and implementation. The historical basis of the vault and having a physical vault was really neat. Our group got really caught up on the one interactive technology puzzle which in my opinion wasn't well explained.

Room was well designed and built. The gamemaster, Steve, was entertaining. The puzzles were not really logical and a couple were unnecessarily time consuming. We were in a group with 3 experienced players and 2 relatively new players and one of the staff members decided to change the difficulty of the room to expert. Overall, the room was frustrating and not very fun. Most likely would not return to this location.

Gameplay

Very frustrating!
