Hello and thanks for your review. I was not aware that the snakes had faded so poorly so I will take care of that today. And the staff should not have said it was a real word, so I will correct them on that. I can definitely understand the frustration with that. Will do a health check on some of the other systems, but feel free to email us with any other specific issues and we will make sure it is set correctly. Sorry for your subpar experience.

This was a really fun room. I loved the puzzles and so on theme. Challenging yet reachable for one in our group who was new to escape rooms. Some puzzles needed some "touch-ups" but it was a great room, I wouldn't definitely recommend it.

Really liked this room! Stumbled trying to get started but took off after we figured out a direction. Really enjoyed it! We also got the all time record, so that’s always an extra cool thing!

Overall this is not my favorite room at this establishment and hopefully it will get a revamp sometime in the future (I think I played it about 2 years ago, so take my opinion for what it’s worth). There are, however, some really cool puzzles and moments in this room that are worth seeing. This business is truly a great escape room business, particularly for this area, so I hope they keep growing and adding on!

Gameplay

It was interesting and there were two moments where I felt the designer thought of something truly unique. The theme is obviously not unique, but there were some neat ideas.

Atmosphere

The atmosphere was good. As in many escape rooms built in shopping centers it can be difficult to build something that gives a truly β€œWOW” experience (especially when the theme is jungle), but this room was a good attempt.

Customer service

To be fair we booked as the last game of the night, and I think that’s a difficult time. We arrived on time but had to start the game about 10, maybe 15 minutes late because of the group before us. I think the GM was annoyed (again, because of the group before us), so I don’t think we got the experience we normally get from this room.

One of the props included a rope that was broken and unfortunately when we tried to use it we had to break it to make it work as well…. I think it needed a revamp.

Overall the game master did not care. Many puzzles did not give clean or clear answers. Overall would not recommend. There was only two me flash light between the two of us. And the room was dark enough to really warrant a flashlight for all members.
