Absolutely loved this room. It’s been on my wishlist for quite some time and 100% lived up to my expectations. I’m typically very nervous for horror rooms especially with live actors, but this one was perfect. We chose to have the normal live actor rather than the extreme live actor (they can drag and carry you) but i would probably go back to play again with the extreme live actor. I was obviously very nervous while in the room but it was all worth it. It was already very scary as is though, extreme mode is definitely not necessary. The gameplay itself was incredible and it all made sense, there were no puzzles that made me feel dumb or just weren’t practical. This room did a great job of balancing scares, anticipation, and gameplay and is honestly one of my favorite horror rooms i’ve ever played. We escaped in 54 mins with 26 mins remaining. Out of all of the rooms a confusion this one is definitely number 1.
everything flowed easily and made a lot of sense. nothing was hard just for the sake of being hard
amazinggggf amazing set design super dark and spooky it is perfect for the atmosphere of the game
incredibly friendly staff. Jay was our actor and Cloud was our GM both were incredible and so nice to chat with
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
not crazy hard bc my group was all current and ex gamemasters. definitely on the harder side for groups not as experienced
i had a group of 4 and it felt perfect. 4-5 is the sweet spot becquse there are multiple parts where random amounts of people are separated doing different puzzles.
lots of running crawling and dropping to the floor in this room
Accessibility
not good for impairment issues. lots of crawling is necessary
