I absolutely loved the experience! The theming for Murder on the Orient Express was incredible—super immersive with detailed set design that really made us feel like we were on the train. The puzzles were clever and well thought out, with a good mix of logic, observation, and teamwork. The staff was great too—friendly, helpful, and really into the experience, which added to the fun.
Gameplay
The gameplay was fantastic—we absolutely loved it! It flowed amazingly well from start to finish. What really stood out was how engaged we felt the entire time. We never hit a moment where we felt stuck or stalled out. The puzzles were smart and kept us thinking, but they also felt intuitive, so we were constantly moving forward. We didn’t officially escape within the time limit—we were just one minute shy—but they gave us that extra minute, which was super kind. Even though we didn’t “beat the clock,” the experience was so enjoyable that it didn’t even matter. It was rewarding just to stay in the game the whole way through without hitting any frustrating walls. The pacing was spot-on—we just needed to be a little faster! And as a fan of the novel, I loved seeing how many detailed elements from Murder on the Orient Express were woven into the room. From the decor to the story progression, it felt like we were living the mystery ourselves. Those little nods to the original story really elevated the whole experience.
Atmosphere
Loved it! The atmosphere was incredible—totally immersive and true to the Murder on the Orient Express theme. The train setting was beautifully detailed, from the vintage décor to the lighting and sound design. It really felt like we were part of the story. There was even a slightly creepy moment that caught us off guard (in the best way)! It added a fun bit of tension without being over-the-top scary. Just enough to make us look at each other like “uhh... did that just happen?” 😅 It definitely kept us on our toes and made the experience even more memorable.
Customer service
We were treated so well! From the moment we walked in, the staff was super welcoming and friendly. The lobby was clean and set the vibe, and everyone seemed genuinely excited for us to be there, which added to the fun. Our Game Master was awesome—helpful, attentive, and really into making sure our experience is what we wanted!

Definitely not super high-tech, but also not your typical manual lock-and-key setup either. There were lots of magnet-based puzzles and clever tech elements that made things feel smooth and immersive. Everything functioned well and fit the story, so it felt more modern without being overcomplicated.
